What does "Managed" vs "Own It" mean?
Managed = we build it and keep tuning it week by week (monthly subscription). Own It = we build it, hand over the full source + prompts + configs, and you keep it forever (one-time setup). Same tier pricing either way — pick how you want to work.
How does the diagnostic quiz work?
3 minutes. We ask about your current bottlenecks — missed calls, review gaps, follow-up chaos, quote turnaround. The quiz matches you to Core, Edge, Leverage, Command, or Scale. You're not locked in — you can move tiers as needs change.
What's the 50/50 payment structure?
50% of setup up front to kick off the build. Remaining 50% on delivery, when your agents are live and you've signed off. Monthly fees start the month after delivery. Managed tiers cancel anytime — no lock-in.
How long from signup to live agents?
Core: 5-7 days. Edge: 10-14 days. Leverage: 14-21 days. Command: 21-30 days. Scale: custom timeline (6-month minimum). We research your industry, build, QA, and only flip the switch when you're ready.
What data do you need from me?
